The DC3 Solutions management team is made up of proven
and experienced management, sales, consulting, and engineering professionals.
As the founders of DC3 Solutions, their passion is unprecedented, and
their knowledge, innovation, and skill in the application delivery and
virtualization space are recognized.
Eric Mickels - Chief Executive Officer
Mickels brings 21 years of management, sales, consulting, and development
experience to DC3 Solutions. Mickels has significant experience in consulting
services management in the application delivery and server virtualization
space. A strong advocate of consulting methodology and scalable engineering
models, his leadership position in DC3 Solutions is focused on overall
company execution including executive partner relations and vendor relations.
A graduate of Michigan State University, Mickels holds industry certifications
with Citrix (CCSP) and VMware (VSP) and has served in the past on the
VMware Partner Advisory Council.
Rod Roth - EVP, Business Development
Roth possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and leads the marketing, sales,
field partner relations, and business development areas of DC3 Solutions.
His experience and success in the information technology industry has
centered on business and territory development. He has significant experience
in datacenter hosting, integration services, and application development.
Roth’s unique approach and thought leadership centers on providing
client value and maximizing return on investment.
Shawn Kaiser - EVP, Software Development
A recognized leader in the VMware technical community, Kaiser has been
a thought leader around virtual infrastructure solutions since 2003 with
VMware’s initial release. His combined experience in both server
administration and consulting roles provide him broad perspectives on
leveraging virtual infrastructure for application delivery, disaster recovery,
and backup and recovery. Kaiser has the keen and unique ability to understand
client requirements, position product capabilities, and provide thought
leadership to integrate and automate server, network, and storage technologies.
Kaiser is a VMware Certified Professional (VCP) and has served on the
VMware Partner Technical Advisory Council.
Chad Price - EVP, Professional &
Managed Services
Price is a recognized consulting and engineering leader in the Citrix
and Microsoft technical communities. His background as an engineer, services
manager, and consultant qualify him to run the professional and managed
services teams of DC3 Solutions. His expertise in application delivery
has earned him a strong reputation as a thought leader. An early adopter
of application virtualization, Price has national experience in consulting,
design, and implementing application delivery solutions for a vast array
of clients, particularly in the healthcare industries. A graduate of Western
Illinois University, Price has Citrix Certified Enterprise Architect (CCEA),
VMware Certified Professional (VCP), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
(MCSE) certifications.
